Cuba communist party, have agree of economic reformation on Monday, 18 April 19, 2011, and decide to choose the new leader on the important congress to plant the Cuba future, reported by Cuba government media.
The highest politic of Caribbean island country choose the first and second secretaries for central comity and politic biro. But the result of this election still doesn’t declare yet. Those reformations are the biggest changes on the economic soviet Cuba style after years become the leader to guarantee of the future of socialism in one of the last communist country in the world. Those congress agreement have been supposed before because of several reformation have been done.
Those important changes are included to reduce the country work, government subsidy, and support of private initiative and reduce of state expenditure. Even the president Raul Castro want to reduce the country power to economy, not all delegation will agree to that agreement. They agree of economic planning and other important problem that production still controlled by state.
On the decision of party leader, president Raul Castro predict will replace his brother as first secretary, but other important position expected to be held by new party leader to replace old leaders. That leadership problem as the background of those reformations, on the preach of Raul Castro last Saturday, said that government will limited the time of government leader just for five years.
After revolution on 1958, Fidel Castro, 84 years old had ruled for 49 years before resign as the president on 2008. Raul Castro as the defense minister at that time replaces his brother as the Cuba President.
