They sell their service often not included with tax so that the price look cheap but after add with the tax actually the price is similar with other competitor product or service.

 

Hide of the real price also apply on car loan leasing that is never state the real price or the annual rate, they just give the money should be paid every months. They even not stated the car insurance should be paid and other component. This all the trick of many vendor on how to sell their product so look like the cheapest price but actually similar even more expensive.

 

Buyer seldom to calculate the total price they should be paid, this method very effective to apply to our business. This method also still good if we sell our product to traditional market, because they never realize the real price, they often tell to other supplier about the price as they get before tax, but after tax actually they get the similar price with the new vendor, but this change will fail because new vendor has the same price with their customer.
