Billout for $ 700 million

Last time American parliament have time to refuse of Mr. Bush request the billout for the collapse bank of Lermans Brothers. Hearing this refuse, all the stock index market in the world becoming down, not just because of refusement but also some European countries refuse giving financial air to America . All the stock holder want to sell their stock and causing the stock index market as a whole become down and for this some of stock exchange prefer to close their office.

A few days after refuse, may be Mr. Bush then make a pressure to the parliament member and make a new negotiation about the newly American economic condition and tell about the domino effect not just to the American Civil itself but to other country that have a commerce relationships with America. Parliament then accepted Mr. Bush request to billout for the Bank, and give donor for $ 700 billion.

Then some European Coutries also agree to give financial aid to America, hearing of this situation then the stock index going increase especially in Wall Street and spontaneously followed by other stock exchange in the world. Will the donor help the economic crisis? This is very difficult, beside the donor is too small if compare with its insufficient about $ 5 trillion, add with world bank donor and European donor will not sufficient to support this minus.

American Government then do of some preventive action, efficiency everywhere, officer expulsion and other fund reduction, for lessen Government Expenses. We all hope that Government and the American Civil can work together to overcome this problem, they all should give their money to help their country, so easily out from this problem.
